The 9th annual show will be hosted by Barbara Beam and Zahf Paroo at the legendary Commodore Ballroom for the first time. Produced by brandLIVE (Celebration of Light / Live at Squamish) and Promosa (Chris Ball). We are releasing a limited 300 tickets to the public for the first time to attend. In the past the show has been a 100% invite only gala.

- Voting Opens: April 1st at 5PM
- Top 5 Voting Opens: May 1st at 5PM

Voting Updates

New for 2012 voting will now be calculated by a weighting of 50% Industry Panel and 50% Public for both voting rounds. The Industry Panel will consist of nightlife industry professionals invited by the Vancouver Nightlife Awards Committee.


Category changes for 2012:
- Best Live Music Venue has been added
- Best Photographer has been added
- Best Irish Pub has been changed to Best Pub
- Best Whistler Venue has been removed
