JUNE TUM

   
This event is taking place at Evergreen Brick Works.
The Toronto Underground Market (TUM) is a social food market for the community to sample the food of Toronto home cooks. It is a venue for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their products. There will be a variety of vendors that will sell their prepared foods at a low cost in small portions. These vendors are not all chefs, although some are and this is not a restaurant or a farmers market.

The driving force behind the TUM is that I am amazed by the wealth of delicious professional quality food being made in home kitchens. The TUM will provide an opportunity to share with the community this food that would otherwise only be consumed by friends and family.
