Hey my surgery went well. I can't believe how good I feel... I wish all my opperations went this smoothly. 4th time the charm? or perhaps they froze my arm even though they knocked me out and I'm still numb.

Anyways I'm alive and I wanted to say thanks to everyone that called me to wish me will and for the e-mail and such. The doctor said I can keep all the hardware after it goes to pathology.

But overall today really sucked cause I had to wake up to find my car got broken into. About $1200 worth of stuff went missing and the ****ty thing is that it's stuff ICBC probably wont cover.

i think this is the first time i've checked this message forum out, and i saw the title and thought i'd complain about my gimped up ankle and how i had to wear a brace today before a show so i wouldn't sprain it, then i read the thread and awwwww! i'm glad everything seems to be going better for you and i hope you make a full recovery quickly!

Well the recovery has been going pretty well. Waist down I'm pretty much 80% of where i used to be. Everything seems to have healed properly. My right hip socket pops sometimes and it's kinda loud but it dosent hurt really.

I just need to get some lower body streangth.

My right hand has come a long way. I can't quite make a fist but I am able to grip things and drive and such. I'm at about 90% of what I used to be and apparently it's the best i'll get.

Right elbow is doing really good after my surgery last month. I've gained about 30 more degrees in my range of motion. it's at 70% of what it used to be and getting better every week. It's kinda unstable.

I had an upset on my left wrist though looks like a ligament snapped or something and I'll have to go for a few more surgeries.

Oh and maybe a surgery on my right shoulder.

As the new year approaches I was thinking about all that I have gone through this last 6 months and I just wanted to say that I sincearly appreciate all of you that showed support during my tough time. Blessings in the new year.

Hey bro, it was hard seeing you go through this whole ordeal. You handled it like a champion though. Never complained or felt sorry for yourself and you somehow still had the energy to be a great friend to me and my 2 boys. I know the New Year is gonna be way better for you.

Happy New Year

Everyone should go through something that shows them how fast everything can be taken away from you. blank stare

People tend to look at things differently after that.

Wow.....I just read this entire thread, and met the guy at the member party on Saturday.

First of all, I didn't even know you were in an accident.......sorry for the firm grip broh. bang head

Second, the best to the recovery from your fall, and I am sure over time you'll be at 100%. smile

Third.....a 90% grip is still good.....chicks will thank you for the extra 10% comfort on their ass..........baahahaha
