Grouping all dutch ppl into that catigory when it is 1 hospitals doing, just isnt right. Its racist. I agree that if what that article says is true, its horrific to say the least.

The problem with FAUX news is that it doesn't provide any details and has crappy writers. They are just looking to get a rise out of people and it would seem frequently do. In this article they present this story as news when it is actually an opinion or editorial report. News requires the presentation of facts that would allow a reader to form an independant opinion.

That was a pretty atrocious article.
Could this writer not have at least identified the Dutch filmmaker and said "Theodore van Gogh"? How hard would it have been to do that?
Do Dutch people really smoke pot all over the place all the time? Is this one of the contributing demises of the country? If this were the case, would it be decriminalized? I haven't been to Holland so I wouldn't know, although I would like to.
And about the instability of the country. I don't know about you guys, but angry Dutch people burning mosques around the country probably are not helping matters at this point. Is it really the muslim community that is causing all this anarchy?
And finally, but not least. To those psychopathic muslims that can't handle free speech in modern nations expressed through film, can you not practice your non-modern dogma somewhere else? Like I don't know, back in your homeland?

No, in fact when I was there I didn't notice anyone smoking anymore pot in public then I do here in Canada. Holland was awesome. In fact, as people they rank highly up on my list. Sure they may be brutally honest... but we could use more of that. Crossing the border from Germany to Holland was a great experience. Instantly people sparked conversation, helped with luggage/ directions.
Anyways, I'm going totally off topic here. It was not a potfest 24/7, and I truly doubt that the decriminalization of pot there, has negatively affected the country.
Peace.

^ oh okay - so uhm... who started it?
WHO CARES?
And you're sadly mistaken to suggest that it's the newswriter's opinion and not the opinion of fox news. There is no seperation of news or editorial at fox, it all comes down from the top - ruport murdoch and friends. you thought conrad black was bad in his editorial medling.. ha!
Lastly, 50 million people voted for the bullsh*t that fox news supported, so yeah, i'd say that he's pretty spot on for lumping a large cross section of the red states in with these opinions. If you don't beleive me, try going to kansas and listening to the way people talk..

I just said "stupid Americans" and you see it as a threat to all Americans? Just one opinion from me and you already see it as a problem, while this columnist says a bunch of crap about my country. Who's turning words? Not me. But yeah, like I care.
I know this is Fox news, but there are a group of people out there on the web that only reads/listens/sees Fox news which they will eventually believe in the stupid things he sais. Then maybe these small group of people pass it onto other people etc. etc. and then eventually everyone will believe that Dutch people are nazi's/baby killers and stuff.
Do Dutch people really smoke pot all over the place all the time?
No, I live in a small town and almost no one here smokes pot/use other drugs or so whatever. But if you go to a city like Rotterdam or Amsterdam, then you seriously smell the air of weed at most parts in town.
At most places, smoking pot and drugs use is still illegal here in Holland. If you get caught by the police, you have to pay a a big fine for that.
I was in Vancouver last summer - did a little research and as what I have seen. Vancouver's police don't seem much to care about those who smoke pot or use other drugs on the streets. I remember the first day when I was in Canada, which was on "Canada Day" - sitting on a couch outside at night on Granville St. with this 'friend' (ugh,,, 'friend' oh God,,, more like an asshole) of mine. There were these 2 girls sitting on the ground making paintings on cardboards - they said some weird things and they thought they were butterflies. Three words: they were high. Okay, so a bunch of guys came around the corner and saw those girls getting high and stuff. They knew they had weed with them, so they start dealing drugs. Police came by and they did NOTHING! I was like: "WTF???". If it was in Holland, they will get a big punishment for that. I dunno,,, but I guess that it ain't such a big deal using/dealing drugs in Canada as it is in Holland.
But there is one part to use drugs as a legal object. If a person has some kind of disease or is in much pain - with a description from your doctor; it's legal to use it.
Ever see a PSV Eindhoven game?
Yay! They're my fav soccer team!

I think that the slack drugs laws are more in BC than in Canada as a whole.
Vancouver is the worst of all. Cops have too much to worry about to bother some random girls with weed.
That article is atrocious indeed.
Typical Fox TV behavior to use the word Nazi to their advantage while ostricizing an entire country.
I saw Dutch footage from when the Nazi's occupation of Holland finally ended. The Dutch people got all women that were seen with German men during their occupation and cut off their hair, carved swastikas into their foreheads, and beat them as they ran screaming thru the streets.
Respect.
