I don't have one.

New Years Resolutions are meant to be broken.

I have several goals for next year, btu if I were to label them at New Years Resolutions, I'd just be setting myself up for failure

people are saying that instead of saying 'i'll excercise more' say, 'i'll work out 3 times a week for an hour'.

that way you're creating a goal and sticking to it. saying i'll excercise could mean, walking up the stairs once a week and then not doing anything else.

i think that's sorta neat because your setting up something that is organizable and easy to follow.

I have so many goals this year...

Financial goal : pay off all debt except student loans by 2006 and repair credit

Fitness Goal: get involved in a consistant work out programme, I'm thinking Moksha Yoga. I would like to tone up, but that will come with a consistant plan.

Diet Goals: More veggies, more water , less sugar and less refined carbs. Whole grains, dark leafy greens, lean protein and healthy fats will be the bulk of my menu.

Career goals: Get in a good acting class to work on my confidence and my skill as an actor. Read books that keep me motivated. Get involved in some indy film work.

I have so many, just thinking about it gives me a headache.
And some are just too gross to name.

[Edit: decided to write stuff anyway]

- Lose weight (haven't decided how much yet)
- Get a tan (I'm so pale it's disgusting)
- Actually GO to therapy when I'm supposed to
- Start actually taking my meds
- Quit doing drugs
- Stop staring at myself in windows all the time
- Quit a few gross habits I'm not going to name
- Clean my house more often
- Quit my job

my goal is to be a nicer person.... I felt like I was one big biatch all year. sad

Fitness goals I would like to work out cardio at least 45 minutes a day.
Diet Goals: cut out refined carbs, and focus on eating more protein and healthy fats.

Spending goals: i want to cut down to $1000 dollars a month (excluding food+ Dining) and spend less on clothes cuz I have a uniform no need for so many clothes.

I also want to critique more restaurants on my free time, go to diffrent restaurants and taste everything..

Also read 1 book per week. hahaha

So many goals!
