Sorry but Sin City isn't what it used to be! Time to revamp or a great opportunity for one of you producer types to start a new "fetish" night.

It's true, Sin City isn't what it used it to be. For years it used to be once a month with lineups two hours long which started at 8 PM or earlier and so packed you couldn't move ... that's gone, now it''s offered twice a month and is regularly full but with virtually no waits outside to get in. It also used to have one dancefloor and lounge, now there are two seperate rooms of DJs & dancing, electro / alternative / new wave mashup in the main room, all electronica & dance music in the second room, plus our permanent in-house play dungeon!

Sin was recently the subject of an episode of 'Sex In Our City,' a radio series on CKNW covering sex-positive events, people and places in Vancouver ... they came down and partied it up at the event, and cut together their own reviews and commentary with some interviews with staff and attendees and put together an AWESOME 4 minute radio segment.

Every Sin City party is a crazy one, but the anniversary party is THE ultimate place to play, see and be seen. There are still a few dozen tickets left at all the advance locations and online, but they are going to go FAST in the next 36 hours leading into the party Saturday night. It is HIGHLY recommended you get a ticket ahead of time as it gives you front of the line privilege over people buying tickets at the door, but even if it's suddenly Saturday night and you didn't manage to grab one ahead of time, git on down since though our anniversary party regularly draws a hell-bent-for-leather crowd approximately 500-600 strong, Richards is a biiig venue and everyone always gets in without too much of a wait!

Flaming Angels is now SOLD OUT of tickets. From here on in, the advance ticket sellers start selling out pretty damn fast, one by one. Anyone waiting til the last second this year for tickets is gonna find themselves SOL, so if you're even THINKING of coming, I highly suggest grabbing one ASAP!
