im responding to an old question i know, but if the question ever arises again i think my input is needed
i got my boobs done dec /08 after 2months i developed a "double bubble" effect,
which means you can see the implant has moved out of its pocket

i went to see dr pugash (who did the surgery) and he tried to convince me it was a shadow....a shadow??? are you f-ing kidding me??

i went to get a second and a third opinion ( mosher and gelfant-both great) who concluded my thoughts that yes the implant has moved from its pocket under my muscle....i half an appointment to day to go back to dr pugash for my 4month check up, im curious to hear what he says about the other opinions...

my point is, and yes i have one, dont go to a doctor because of one or two referrals,really research a few, you dont wanna be stuck in the situation i am in where i just paid 5800 for boobs that i have to pay to get redone after only 4 months ( i am NOT going back to pugash!!!)

its emabarrasing, upsetting and humiliating being comented on my botched boob job

Having the first appointment and the Dr examine your chest is kind of an experience..lol ofcourse he was proffesional and my husband was present as well but holy he was examining every single inch and little detail of my breast, never had that done before so it was awkward... later, I found out my cemetery was perfect which apparently is rare..HUH that put a smile on my face..
On another note, I had no idea how big my areolas had gotten after having a baby until he pointed it out..lol so he will be perfecting that as well... I will be going with natrelle 401 cc I am currently a 34D pre-op so my whole wardrobe is going to change with 401cc bigger fuller breast implants....

Yeah, pretty much any bra store, the size you mentioned is not practical joke big, most stores can accomodate you.
