Whats the housing rental situation like in Calgary? we are moving there for April - do houses rent as soon as they are on the market? Do tons of people apply and the owners take time to choose the best? It took me several months to find a nice place in Vancouver with lots of applicants at each place we saw. I only have one weekend in Cowtown to find a nice house- so any tips would be great!
