stop the jihad for a sec mythos. Do you see anything in the initial post that has anything to do with Israel? WTF does this have to do with Israel.
stop the crusade for a second Ferrous Cranus. i know that engineer has already explained it, however, i also know that you have the attention span of a guppy. so here it is again:
the original poster was trying to show the US as a caring nation who really really really cares about human rights issues and justice around the world but other evil nations, like china, block this caring and compassionate nation from helping the unfortunate people.
i simply showed that this is not true by recalling that the US has pulled what china has done recently many times; example: US, the only country to veto hundreds of UN resolutions condemning israel's brutal acts towards the palestinians.
get it?

I get it and it's definately simple. No matter what the topic, it always comes back around to Israel.
I've jihad enough of your mental illness

^ it wasn't funny the first time, so why would you think it would be funny if you posted it a second time?

DickSS.. please don't try to make it sound like it's some conspiracy theory.
you're somewhat new to current affairs and by the looks of it, you're not as informed in politics as some other regulars in here. the lack of information does not reflect on your intelligence so don't take the comment as an insult.
you have a chance here to learn a few things about the world, in particular, the middle east. the crowd here is diverse. when i say diverse, i mean that some of us have lived in the countries that are usually talked about. some of us have family and relatives who live in the region.. some of us are students or were students of political science and there are those who just have a general interest in the area.
personally, i have learned a lot from others and from being forced into doing research in order to be able to participate in discussions.

back to the comment: united state of israel
there is obviously a huge israeli interest and influence in the us government. the israeli lobby has many "thinktanks" that provide future advisors to the various administrations, both Republican and Democrat:
1. richard perle - one of bush's foreign policy advisors, he is on the pentagon's Defense Policy Board. he was expelled from a senator's office in the 70's for passing classified information to the israeli embassy. he later worked for the israeli weapons firm, soltam.
2. paul wolfowitz - deputy defense secretary, and member of perle's Defense Policy Board, in the pentagon. he has close ties to the israeli military and has family living in israel. wolfowitz came from the jewish thinktank JINSA (jewish institute for national security affairs).
3. douglas feith - under secretary of defense and policy advisor at the pentagon. he is a close associate of perle and served as his special counsel. he is part of the extremist group, the Zionist Organization of America, which even attacks jews that don't agree with its extremist views. feith runs a small law firm, which only has one international office, in israel. the majority of their legal work is representing israeli interests. his firm's own website stated, prior to his appointment, that feith "represents Israeli Armaments Manufacturer." he basically represents the israeli war machine. feith also came from the jewish thinktank JINSA.
there are also, edward luttwak, henry kissinger,, dov zakheim, kenneth adelman, lewis libby, robert satloff, elliott abrams, marc grossman, robert zoellick and many others.
- US gives about 4 billion dollars/year (roughly 11 million dollars a day) to israel in aid.
- there is even a law which forbids anyone from boycutting israeli products.
you tell me there is no strong connection between the us and israeli policies.

Part of debating properly is staying on topic, this thread is not about Israel. Its about an atrocity that Arab muslims are committing against black mostly muslims in Africa andhow the world has to do something about it. Try to get your head out of Allah's ass.
|

|

Let me put it even more basic. The fact that these arab muslims are committing this atrocity and we the world community having to do something about it fast has nothing to do with Israel.
