Its hard for me to go a few hours anymore without physically becoming angry.
And at the smallest **** to boot. Some retarded commercial, annoying ****ing driver, assholes at work, N*sync. Everywhere I turn I see something that brings an inner rage thats starting to manifest itself in my everyday life.
What sort of medication helps?

At work its the worst, I work with my dad, so I make sure to hold my tongue because I dont know if anything I say may get him fired along with me. Personally I dont really care if I get fired. I just dont want to lose any oppourtunities for him.
Which shouldnt really have any bearing on what I say or do, but I just dont know with these ****ing morons.

Could be spring fever making you irritable.
You don't have to get medication for it. Try strenuous exercise like heavy cardio or something first.
