So I purchased a dress on Ebay a few days ago and this evening, I found out this seller is no longer a registered member.

Should I be concerned?

But she's a power seller & she has a good track record.

Is there any way I can contact Ebay and ask them why she's no longer a registered member?

You can go to ebays home page and click on live help.....

But if you have already paid by paypal you will still be covered by them if your item dosent show up! smile

eBay won't tell you why your seller is suspended, however you will still be covered by the buyer protection policy if you choose to complete the sale (pending you meet the qualifications). But you aren't under any obligation to do so.

What I suggest is checking the sellers feedback, see if there's cause for concern. It's just past eBay's end of month billing cycle, it's possible they were suspended for something silly like non-payment of fees (a lot of people's credit cards expired in March for some reason) or their account was taken over by a third party.

If you are still worried, you can request the sellers contact information and give them a call. Talking to the seller is usually a dead giveaway of the type of seller they are.

ebay sold me a zire 21 that died within a week.

they could have been a non registered user for a large number of reasons....

they might have been hacked into or maybe because they forgot to pay their fees.... a little too late now since you have the dress and do not have to worry

but just an FYI smile
