My girlfriend who I love so so soooo much is going overseas for 6 months and weve only been together for 6 months....Its gonna be kinda hard and I dont know how to approach the subject of what were gonna do....weve decided we're gonna stay together but I dunno whether I want her holding herself back because of little old me in Aus......Going overseas is a life changing experience and I want her to have the greatest time ever!!!

How should I approach this subject without her bawling her eyes out, coz shes done it before!?!?!

SIT HER DOWN AND SAY:

baby i love you , but i dont want to hold you back from happiness. If you meet someone overseas , do what your heart desires because i know that back here in Australia im gonna stick my cock into as many holes as i can because there is no chance of me getting busted with you so frar away.

wink

Thats a tough one dude!

But look if you two love each other so much then you should really say.. you know what... its only 6 months we're talking about here and before you know it, it'll be over. sure enough the first bit will be hard but im telling you time will fly by!!

the first month or two will be the hardest part... you get through that time, you'll be fine!

Thats right yeh...but it could turn into longer...I know ppl who have never come home from o/s...Im taking a very pessimistic view to this...this is the first girl Ive ever loved and she's leaving me for 6 months..she says Im the first guy shes ever loved too...I dunno....were only 21 you know

No angles, just sit down & talk about it. Either way it's touchy subject, get it over & done with.

Take into consideration what you would want if you were the one travelling for 6months?

I was in the same position not long ago. He's still overseas. It's a learning experience & all that jazz. So as a harsh reality, we've taken time apart b/c it's what suited us. Just have to see what will happen when he gets back... if it doesn't work out, then either of us are prepared for that.

time flies swainy... good luck

As you know Aussies pull like hell overseas, your kidding yourself if you think that she will be faithfull.

If you love her/him you wont mind them sleeping with other people.

Leemo i dont think thats the right thing to say to be honest ... " your kidding your self if she will be faithful" thats a bit harsh .... you dont know swainy's girlfriend or there relationship to judge that

Babe as i have said before, just be honest and open with her im sure she will inderstadn if you feel its better to be apart for that time then do it i know she may seem a little keener than you to stay together but you really need to do what is right for you and how you feel cos remember you will be here and you never know what may happen in those six months ...

blush how you doing? how you doing?

hey swainy, you asking what you should do to ppl here, but have you actually sat down and asked your girl this question? what are her thoughts on it.

For all you know, she will want you to be faithful to her while she is gone and will do the same for you in return.

Set a bird free, if it comes back to you its yours, if it doesn't come back, then it was never yours to begin with wink

very true...and yes weve chatted....but its always just been...."Of course we'll stay together!" But we havent actually talked about the implications and how people change and all that jazz.....so yeh...its more complicated than just that....The bird analogy is very true and we talked about that too....

Seriously, i think the only thing to do is sit down and have some sushi and take some deep breaths the answer will come to you my friend.

On a quick side note: dont do anything stupid we like your posts around here, so stay away from such bowel irritants like chillis, mustard seeds and spring onions
