I asked my mom about that a few months back (she was a nurse for 30 years). She told me this isnt true. She said you cant transmit complex 1 down there and have it become complex 2. The only thing that would happen is that you'd transmit oral herpes into the person's bloodstream. But anyways its better to be safe than sorry.
