I think that the women still have the boobs out there and the long hair cause some guys will still respond positively.

^^hmm in that case I think what Tantalus is trying to hard to say that he likes his women to look like aging rock star roadie : Yoko Ono. With her half greying crew cut and cyber space sun glasses.

hahah yeah - but tant is anti-boobs plus anti- long (mostly blonde) hair.
Actually no. One girlfriend had big boobs and long blonde hair a la the Playboy centrefold. But that was when she was between 18 and 25. Now she is thirty-one, and has cut her hair to a more manageable length.
My point is that some women--even young ones--brandish their assets like all men are the same. A young woman thinking she will impress me solely with her big tits is amusing. When she is older, it is kind of sad.
Straight long hair--preferably black, but any colour is fine--is great. Just not on older women.

there is a problem with cultural beauty in our society. Youth is linked to beauty incorrectly. As such many women try to hang onto youth with fashion this would seem to be tantalus' point. It can seem silly to see an older woman wearing a style that is current with teen agers.
In my opinion it doesnt hold true in relation to hair. Each woman has a natural hair length - which is to say that growth beyond that point becomes difficult to manage and maintain a healthy look. As a woman ages it becomes more difficult to manage longer hair, but there are a lot of products to help them keep that shiney smooth, silkiness.
Too short of hair often looks to masculine and butch, trendy and often with unnatural colors, it can look good on the right woman - but usually a older woman choosing a short cut is because it is easier to manage.
I love long hair that falls between her between collarbone and cleavage. it is great for color and frames the face. But if it isnt kept up with regular trims and lots of conditioner - it will friz and look a mess.
the proportions have to match the person and she has to feel good about how she looks. Equally true some styles are dated and just look out bad because style is ever evolving.

i think a woman who's past a certain age (which i will leave undefined), who's trying hard to look sexy because she's desperate for a young stud is just as bad as a woman who's just under or over twenty, with her tits showing beneath her crop-top, her t-bar riding up her back, and dressed like brittany or any of that gaggle of girls.
it's all about how you wear what you've got. let's face it, a hose bag is a hose bag no matter what age she is. you can see it from a mile off.
now quit being such an age-ist. when you get to our age, i'd love to mail this thread back to you and see what you say. but, you'll probably be scoping the clubs for 19 year olds, anyway.
