If you are experiencing problems getting into chat, ie. the system just continues to say "Connecting...." it is most likely because you have a strange character in your usernote. For example "&".

We're currently working on the issue, but until then just make sure you don't have any non-alpha characters in your usernote and you should be good to go. Please let us know otherwise.
