we got my dog at 5 1/2 weeks, but didn't know any better.
he is half chihuaha and half tea cup terrier and was fakked from being taken away so early. he was only 1.3 pounds when we got him. he used to have seizures and we would have to tea spoon him sugar water. don't ever buy a dog that young.

a dog is just learning how to be a dog at that age. they learn valuable lessons in the ages from 4 - 8 weeks .. such as manners, and pecking order.

6 weeks is too early.
way too early.
Any responsible breeder wouldn't even think about selling pups until after 8 weeks.

Yah dude.. dont be so selfish and ruin a dogs life. What is an extra couple weeks compared to messing up a little dogs head.
Plus you will have a better reputation as a dog breeder and less problems.

Well maybe he won't actually hand over the pup till 8 weeks but it is 6weeks as of the post.
Probably using next two weeks so people can see it. I hope.

well in the ad it does say he is ready to go now. I agree it is not good to get rid of a pup at such a young age.....they just started eating hard food probably a week before. They still need moms milk because small dogs can get low blood sugar fast. I know with all Pomeranians and chihuahua's I breed, I will post them when they are 4 weeks and then they can't leave until they are 8 weeks old. Sounds just like someone needs the money now and can't wait......
