hemp oil? wahahaha there is no health value to hemp oil. fish oil is whats healthy not hemp oil, hemp oil is oil from weed.

no i just eat herring like a seal, i gobble down about 300 a day raw from the cold bc waters. and i feel GREAT. smile

having said that you are getting wild herring which is far superior to most, if not all, fish oils on the market, so long as their habitat is relatively unpolluted.

and yeah, hemp is a weed, so what? smile

i dont think hemp oil has any known benefit from what i'm aware of.

i dont know i just dont buy that. hemp oil isnt that strong in omega 3, and omega 3 is most important.

our bodies metabolize omega 3 to omega 6 in a 3:1 ratio. hemp oil has this ratio naturally.
but hey, its a weed afterall...

nordic naturals is good but not as good as what i take "nutra sea from ascenta" has more bioavailability. thats a good one. pharmaceutical grade. another great one is omega-cure that one is probably the best in the world. but more expensive.

Nordic Naturals definitely makes the best cod liver oil. They molecularly distill all of their fish oils to make sure that they remove all of the toxins and heavy metals, so there is no mercury in them. It's the brand I use. I also don't have any problem with taste or "fish burbs." Their liquid comes in different flavors to help with that as well.
