coming to vancouver in march for practical term at ubc but im not enrolled there.
my accommodation is around 13th, east ave. what is the best way for getting to ubc and around the city, what are costs like and where can i get monthly tickets or else?
2) does anybody know a good cell phone company with (cheap) phones n good prepaid rates?
