i havent had a man on valentines day for like 3 years and before that i had a shlt man which is even worse lol
last year i got out the hard shlt and went out with me and my girls
we bought all the liqour that had men's names (jack, captain's, etc.) and those were our dates.......i wanted to strap dildo's on them so they could be the perfect man but my girlfriends didn't want to hehehe

I'm not single by any means, and i really don't intend on doing anything "special" that night. To me, Valentine's day is about as impersonal as celebrating some random person who you have never met's birthday.

Kool Keith is playing that night though, so I might try to make it out to that


What is romantic about doing the same thing as every other couple in town? Go to a crowded restaurant, not be able to hear your date, buy them the same flower that every other girl in the restaurant has, and pay way more than you would on any other day of the year.

Where is the romance in uniformity? If your girl's favourite flower is a red rose, and she likes crowded restaurants, well then i guess Valentine's day is a good idea. Most girls i've met have other favourite flowers, and prefer a more crowded, intimite atmosphere, and also appreciate spontanaiety and thoughtfulness, so why not do something on the 21st, "just cuz" and really wow your partner.

Although, the push to buy racy and impractical lingerie around Valentine's day is always nice though

I flippin hate valentine's day. What a stupid "holiday". I especially hated the year I worked in the floral department Of course everything is expensive you idiots it's valentine's day! And then I'd point out the nice big (and cheaper) , lavender Ecuadorian roses but noooooooooooooooo they have to have long stem red roses that look like crap cause we got **** ones. Don't listen to the florist then. Stupid.

Well I say FU_K Valentines day, its just a stupid a.ss hallmark holiday that gives woman another reason to get mad at their boyfriends because they either "forgot" or didn't get the gf what they wanted, or it just wasn't "enough". And it also pisses off the single people a big deal too....

It's me and my man's 1 yr so we have a chalet up at Mt.Washington for that night...heh heh, yes IAT it is a good excuse for kinky lingerie...I can't wait to see my man's face!!!

That's part of the reason I hate valentine's day. When I was a kid I didn't really like many people and it was always annoying having to get the stupid things and fill one out for all the kids at school. SO stupid. My kids will stay at home with ME on V Day
