I just started the Wild Rose Detox program, worried about what to eat, but after reading your many entries, which I am grateful for I feel a little better about the program. I have one question, this morning I had rolled oats with Almond Breeze. You had mentiond Almond milk was ok, I am assuming that this is the same. Am I wrong?

You gotta double check the ingredients on the label.

When i made the Lentil Dahl i added a diced apple. it gave it the touch of sweetness i found that it was missing.

Wanted to post a DELICIOUS recipe I found that's totally Wild-Rose friendly. I NEVER cook and I think I suck at it, but this was easy and fool-proof even for me!
Lemon Garlic Tilapia:
Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes pepper to taste Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels. Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper. Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.

Hey, I started this a couple days ago and was wondering how much excercise I need to be doing? I walk everday for about 30mins is that enough?

Marco I just read this on another site
Check your almond and soy milks, they more often than not contain cane sugars etc making them sweeter!

I made the Fish Almandine - with sole caesar salad dressing and the carrot/turnip/sweet potato mixture
