I am renting out my brand new condo (2 bedroom + 2 bathroom, 900 sqft) 3rd floor overlooking a path and the forest with large patio and hardwood floors. The condo is located in the upscale neighbourhood of Clayton Heights, which is Surrey's newest OCP (Official Community Plan).
