little dave is still little.

And buddy... im sure you have a waise to go before your arms are too big. 1 thing to remember about body building... to look good your body should proportioned. So if your upper arms look too big... do more chest, shoulders, and forearms. And for gods sake... don't forget your legs. You don't want to look like pro boxer.

your post had actually nothing to do with this thread..

this thread is not titled
"is dave big"
or
"should your body be proportioned"

this thread is asking what is considered big arms

In order to be symetrical, your arms, neck and calves should be the same size.

Greg Valentino has issues.

see right now i've got just a hair over 17" arms... and am focusing more on definition rather than size now... but they still seem to be getting bigger... i'm just wonder how much bigger they are gonna get...

I recall reading in some bodybuilding mag years ago that to get anything larger than 19" arms (with zero fat), one has to do roids. There is probably a fraction of truth to that if you discount people with abnormal genetics etc..

My arms are bigger than my calves and neck, sad to say.

it all depends on genetics... but then again with zero fat I doubt their are ppl that can go over 19.. that would be stupid huge

Well obviously.. I'm just saying that IF someone had 0% bodyfat (I know its not possible) they would have HUGE arms when they have like 6 or 7% (which is still really low)

i think the shorter you are the easier it is to have larger arms...

oh god. Are you gonna measure your dick next dude?! what a fag. I don't think we have to start dropping each other's measurements to compare our manliness.

I wouldn't be too impressed with yourself. Because if that's you in the avatar pic, it looks like your sitting on about 14 - 16% body fat dude. I'd trim about 1 1/2 - 2 inches off that arm measurement if so.
