"Juventus will be demoted to Serie B, with a deduction of fifteen points, for their part in the match-fixing scandal that has rocked Italy, according to reports.

Fiorentina and Lazio are also set to be demoted when the official verdict from the trial is announced later today.

While reports in the Italian press claim that AC Milan will not suffer a similar fate, they will be chucked out of the Champions League – as will both Juve and Fiorentina.

It remains unclear which club will be adjudged to have 'won' Serie A last season. Juve will be stripped of the championship, but it is inconceivable that it would then be handed to the tainted Milan instead. City rivals Inter Milan, who finished third, may yet be handed their first title since 1989.

Although Juve have publicly vowed not to sell their star players in the event of relegation, demotion to Serie B is expected to cost the club £50m in lost revenue and could prompt the Turin giants to sell as many as seven first-team players."

Delle Alpi stadium looks like fkn vic market...with juve fans running behind those dodgy bars like fkng pigeons...

Would love to see Inter get the title...and i'd say they would be the fair winners because if you think about it, juve wouldnt've had that much of a lead at the top had it not been for the match fixing bull****! And Inter earned their points on the pitch!

Take all the f.ukers out of the Champions League!!! It's going to be good not seeing them in Europes biggest comp for a few years...and no it's not because i hate italians but its because i hate cheaters, cheaters who have world class players in their squads and still feel the urge to cheat their way through...

FK YEAHHHHHHHHH..... after so many times where juve have just inched inter out time and time again ... i hope that the full match fixing information is made public... smile wouldnt be surprised on thats how they "succeeded" in past years
im still tripping out about that .... ive been saying that for years ... telling my family and friends who follow the sere a .... juve espically ... im so glad justice has been served... i wished it would be more harsh but hey at least they have been found out ...
we won the coppa italia, now hopefully more success can continue ... but ac milan will still be in the sere a? sad fk em anyway

p.s has anyone got spag tv here? .... my uncle wants to know the prices ect.

which is good for the champions league, does anyone remember the 2003 final, milan v juve, it wa the most boring piee of **** to watch
