I would be prepared to get positive attention and alot of negative attention. I've seen what my girlfriends who have them have gone through. Goodluck with you're choice anyhow.

WOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW no kidding .. im scared to have a second..although i think genetics more than luck is probably what helped me. my mom had 3 babies from age 29 - 33 and not a single stretch mark and she still has a great figure!!

Every body is self conscious to SOME extent, whether or not you want to admit it. I've had my boobs done twice, along with a few other minor injections here and there. I love my body, and always have. With or without the boobs, and with or without the 60lbs I've lost. The key to plastic surgery is moderation, period. Nobody would ever guess that I've had my boobs done (by looking OR touching) or that I've had a few other procedures. No amount of plastic surgery will cure your body image problems. If you want bigger boobs, go for it. Just make sure you find a reputable doctor that you see eye to eye with!
