People who tell others they shouldn't get breast implants because of self esteem issues are probably the same people who go to a tanning salon, whiten their teeth, dye their hair, get a tattoo etc. If it makes someone feel good about themselves and doesn't hurt anyone else, then why not - go for it!

Oh, Lawd, people are so defensive. hahahaha

People who have serious self-esteem issues that believe buying implants will cure your self-loathe - you'll probably be counseled about your decision, but in the end it's YOUR choice. So, YAY! GOOD FOR YOU! yes

People who sometimes have issues with their appearances, but would love for their appearance to reflect how good they feel on the inside - WONDERFUL! Good for you! yes

People who don't care & love their natural boobs - GOOD FOR YOU! yes

Hm... 400cc's on a petite frame - I can only imagine how they'll look when they drop... Sometimes the implant drops too far & it looks weird, because the nipple is misplaced so, IMHO - BOOOOO! no

& Again, I'll reiterate; someone with self-esteem issues who get implants believing it's taking care of the problem is only fooling themselves... it's only a superficial fix.

That doesn't count people who sometimes have issues with their appearances, but would love for their appearance to reflect how good they feel on the inside.

i think the people who say " if you get breast implants you're just covering up how you feel inside" are people who are either a) blessed with naturally larger breasts, or B) cannot afford them.

I was a 32 a, and now i'm a 32d and still well proportioned. all depends on the person. I got them for me, and my x and current boyfriend couldn't care less. I like how i feel with them because they makeme happy

its no different than buying a new purse, spending money on tattoo's or new body piercings. if it is the way you like to change your image to make you feel better do what you want.

people will always criticize and thats fine, get them if you want them and make sure you do ur research

THE END smile

get a little bit more "educated" angelkakes darling.

implants "drop" a few weeks after you get them done. mine dropped after 4 weeks and it was more amazing then when kanye dropped his last disc.

the surgeons (who ya know, went to med school unlike yourself), take into account how far breasts drop, and nipples are placed accordingly. just cuz your flapjack, hemp seed eating, capers grocery shopping nipples point to ground zero doesnt mean the perfectly surgically enhanced do blush

you know, when a "natural" girl like yourself comes in and makes fun of a girl with work done, nobody lifts an eyebrow.

but for me to even say one comment back to you? blush Oh the horror! Im sure there will be another 14 pages here by sunday about what a terrible little plastic evil materialistic devil doll i am.

ps

lets see how your titties look when they "drop".

and how yummy they look after a kid or two .

Ah, but you see I have done research & the term I was looking for was "bottoming out"... & when the implant "bottoms out," this means that the implants have decended too low on the chest, thus making the nipple too high on the breast mount. If bottoming out is apparent shortly after surgery, it is most likely due to over-dissection of the pocket. If it occurs later on, it is usually due to the weight of the implant. wink In order to correct it, more surgery is needed.

I don't knock anyone who has implants... My mother has implants. She had breast cancer which nearly took her life.... but now she has had reconstructive surgery & has rather large boobies now! I'm happy for her... she's happy.

BTW - I have had a kid & my boobs still look fantastic & perky... Now, as I get older I'm sure gravity will start to take it's toll... & maybe then I'll again start researching & exploring my options to see if breast augmentation is something I truly want. I used to want them done, but came to my senses when I realized how extensive the care has to be with numerous surgeries later on... I told myself my boobs aren't bad at all & maybe when I'm MUCH older I may want them.

OH! Yeah, also... the, ya know, more qualified surgeons that went to med school can make mistakes... which is how "bread-loafing" (symmastia), & some "bottoming-out" cases occur.

I agree completely with CdnAngel: do your research if you plan to get them done. smile

LOLZ!

Cheer, if you have NO issues with your body, having a baby, and smaller boobs shouldn’t be an issue either.

^ That makes no sense.

I have never had an issue with having a baby my friend. If I did I wouldn't have got myself knocked up for the second time in less than two years.

My boobs were fine before I got pregnant, they are fantastic when I am pregnant and I am going to make them SPECTACULAR after this pregnancy.

Why? Because as you clearly neglected to read in my original post 'I LIKE BOOBS'

i think its fine if a girl gets boobies. its a part of the body a girl cant choose to change naturally(working out proper diet etc.) but implants and shxit like that are lame. most important if you want them get the; just dont be one of those girls who is nothing but her fake tits.

i wasn't the biggest fan of guz before, still dont even know her,
but she has the best point, you get them because you want them, you get them cuz you like them, you get them cuz you FREAKIN CAN.
different strokes for different folks. not everyone likes the same ****, so there will always be idiots who have something negative to say
i got 350 cc and im a tall girl, guza got 400 and she is tiny ashell, even for us we got different things because we are different people..
doesn't matter what you do, who you are or what you do and dont like about yourself, you will always find something you want to change. just because we CAN change it, doesn't mean you have to sit and bitch about anything

for cheer, congrats, i didn't know you were having another amazingly beautiful child tongue

Im sorry if the post was too complicated for you to understand, cheerbunny. Ill dumb it down for you.
You clearly state that you are have no issues with your body and you love your self all over. (Do you touch yourself? just asking.)
Before I continue, though, Im wondering how one "knocks themselves up"? Did you use a turkey baster? again...just asking.
You cant love your body and think its perfect and still want to get plastic surgery.
So grow a pair of nuts and admit that you dont like your body the way it is now (like 95 percent of the world) and thats the reason you are getting a bood job. The whole "No no...i LOVE my body the way it is, I just like boobs!!" doesnt stick. Hey, I like the new subaru STi's, but Im not getting one implanted into my chest.
If you still dont understand, I can always send diagrams and make finger puppets for you.

She likes her body now.
She just said her body is amazing while pregnant and she's pregnant now.

She just knows she won't like it in the future when she finishes the second round of breast feeding.

Plus "got myself knocked up" is an acceptable phrase. Everyone knows what she means. You are being a dork and trying too hard to find stuff that's wrong whith what she says.

Look I even left a typo for you so you can have fun putting me down also.

i think people who like to boss other people around and constantly question others have self esteem issues.

not the point. she says this
"I have ZERO issues with my body".
No one has zero issues with their body, I dont care who you are.
To top that off, she is pre-ordering breast implants. Lame.
Everyone has body image issues at one point. Accept what you like and focus on that. Dont tell everyone you think you are perfect and then alter yourself.
You want implants? Go ahead. But dont say its because you love boobs. Say its because you dont like the way you look and move on.
And to me to say "got myself knocked up" cheapens a pregnancy and makes it sound like it was by some guy in a bar.

Does anybody know what Dr. Warren charges for saline-filled implants augmentation? I made an appointment with him but it's not for months!
Thanks in advance

You won't know the EXACT price until your consultation. He has to make measurments to see how many cc's he needs to obtain the result you desire. Although you prefer saline, you have to weigh your options when he educates you on what type of impant to get and what results you want. Could be anywhere from $6K to $9K. don't know what he specifically charges, but he is one of the best in the business apparently and I would say all the good ones charge the same. The surgeon I went to for a consult charges about that.

Breastfeeding really can take a toll on your breasts.

I'm glad I was small to begin with or things could have been horrendous.
