Take for example Keira knightley (who is gorgeous, but doesnt have big boobs) In the US magazines they photoshop and enhance her boobs, while the magazines in the UK leave her boobs as is. Things like this give young ladies a bad perception that their bodies have to look like this or that. No wonder so many young teens have eating disorders and wanting implants when they are 14 yrs old.

They might feel "natural" to others but to YOU they will always feel/be fake. Its a risk that could *** up your sexual pleasure for physical appeal. that should be enough to scare anyone away from implants .. also you may not be able to breastfeed ..how sh.itty would that feel to know your baby can't have the best first start because of your quest for bigger boobs ! if you have b's why would you get surgery and pay all that money just to get c's ??? put on a push up bra or any bra period and ull have c's for $30.00 not $5000.00 come on girl u have to be a little smarter then that! exactly while getting my nails done last night, my nail lady told me she was going to get her boobs done. she is a tiny asian in her 50's, she has b's right now and wants a full C .. i kept telling her over and over how insane she is .. she's gettinn them done by 5th year plastic surgeon students and only paying around 5 grand ... women are nuts!

Majority of woman who want this surgery may be insecure and crave attention naturally. Very true. Although it can bring ones esteem up and overall feel more comfortable. It depends how you view life. 	T_Girl Member (1823posts) 7/26/2006 10:24:00 AM To each their own I had mine done, went from A (really mostly nipple ) to a small C...BEST decision (for me) I ever made! I'M so much happier now. I could care less if someone else doesn't like it...I didn't do it for them in the first place. I can now wear clothes (tube tops, etc.) that I couldn't before. I don't have to wear bras AT ALL if I don't want to I am way more proportioned for my size (I'm 5'8 and have all the other curves LOL) And, I always got attention, it certainly wasn't about trying to get more I also checked it out thoroughly and went with a great surgeon (Dr. Rai at False Creek) and like I said....I couldn't be happier
