pay off? being considerate, polite, etc. should just be a natural thing not something you get rewarded for LOL I think it does pay off because it makes you a better/nicer person IN GENERAL

too often do we do things thinking "well, whats in it for ME". Sometimes doing things w/o actively looking for some tangible benefit is its own reward. Some call it being good natured, or selflessness etc.

I think it's common sense to do that type of stuff and I agree with a comment that was made earlier in the thread that I like to put my women up on a pedestal. My problem is that the women I've been dating lately take advantage of the situation and then I end up getting rid of them cause dispite being a gentleman I don't put up with crap!
