they are less than $10 at the drugstore
go buy one. theyre like 99.99% accurate.

i'm only a day late for my period and i can think of a few non-pregnancy related reasons why. but i wanna know if anyone has used a test with accurate results that early. i've read that "first response" gives you the earliest accurate detection.
i want to hear from ppl who actually tried them. (ahem pheonix thanks for reiterating the commercial).

Before I knew for sure that I was pregnant, I took the ClearBlue test. We both knew or had a feeling that I was pregnant because I had some signs of it, anyways, I took the test and the indicator wasn't clear!!! it was kind of a half plus sign. I went to see my doc the next day and she confirmed that I was and that I probably had just enough Preggo hormone to somewhat activate the indicator.....
First Response is supposed to pick up the preg hormone 4 days BEFORE your missed period. My aunt took that one and it worked, she was indeed pregnant.
BUT, I suggest you do the pee in the cup thingie for your doctor, it's a lot more accurate.

there like a home test doesnt take long
home tests worked good for me, clear blue and first response

Actually, take the test.
Why worry for 2 whole days?
Besides. Some girls get their rag while they're pregnant (at least the first one) except it's late and lighter than normal.
Doctor's tests take 2 mins if that.
They are as fast as the store ones.

^ so i can ask for a pregnancy test at a clinic? and they'll give me the pee in a cup version and not the blood test?
i know i need to be more educated about this!

The clinic will give u the pee in the cup version, results within 5 mins. Im the most paranoid girl.. whenever i have sex it seems my period is late and then i have taken up to 3 tests one time.. lol. I've taken a lot of store ones .. like 6 .. but i've never been pregnant so they all came back negative so I dont know the accuraxy for sure!
