The Hamas is too busy killing Fatah to be worried about a few Israeli bullets.

Sketchy; you would be surprised to know that many injuries occur in the territories due to random gunshots.....guess where from? When they get all excited they start discharging their AKs into the air. Guess where those bullets fall?

Gangs of thugs with rifles...thats the big worry in Gaza et al....not a few Israelis rolling in to quiet them down.

yes DD..

the IDF does no killing. it's the palestinians shooting in the air and then getting shot by bullets falling down.

DD.. you must realize that no one is going to take your cries about discrimination towards homosexuals or any other types of discrimination seriously when you have such biased, unjust views of the palestinian situation.

you, as a free thinking jew, should speak against the unjust actions by israel against the palestinians.

UN warns of Gaza 'breaking point'
==========

Living conditions for Palestinians in Gaza have reached breaking point, a senior UN official has said.

The warning came from Karen Abuzayd, head of the UN Relief and Works Agency.

She said Israeli military action in Gaza over recent weeks was creating suffering and mass despair, rather than any desire for political compromise.

Israel keeps Gaza's borders largely sealed and conducts regular military operations, prompted in part by the capture of an Israeli soldier.

Ms Abuzayd said that Gaza was becoming increasingly isolated by financial sanctions, the Israeli siege of the territory and daily targeted killings.

"It would be great to have an international presence, civilian, military, whatever," she said, adding that an international force of peacekeepers could offer Gaza's 1.5m people some protection.

"The strangulation of commerce and trade has ruined the economy, it has brought the institutions of government to a point of near-meltdown and badly shaken the society," she said.

"These pressures and tactics have not resulted in a desire for compromise on the part of the government or the people, or yet the fall of the government, but rather have created mass despair, anger and a sense of hopelessness and abandonment."

Between then and the end of August, Israeli security forces killed 226 Palestinians, 54 of them minors, in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli Human rights group, B'Tselem has reported.

The group says 114 of these were not taking part in any hostilities when killed, and 46 of them were minors.

In August alone 76 Palestinians were killed by the Israeli military, 19 of them minors, in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. More than half of those killed were not participating in hostilities at the time, B'Tselem says.

Gaza air strike in Beit Lahiya on 13 Oct

The missile strike was in the northern town of Beit Lahiya
Four people have been killed in fresh Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian sources said.

In the southern village of Abassan, a woman was shot dead outside her home, doctors said. Israel's army confirmed the air strike but not the shooting.

Gaza residents said the past few days had seen the biggest upsurge in Palestinian-Israeli violence for weeks.

On Thursday, a day of Israeli air strikes left nine people dead.

In the second incident, a 29-year-old woman was shot dead outside her home.

The Israeli military said it had no information on the woman.

Water stained with blood filled the street where the shells landed

The IDF's slow genocide is pretty slick. They kill 15 Palestinians a week on average to sneak under the international press' radar all the while making life hell for the survivors heart
