my bad, kiki....pho hoa is the chain rest, not pho van. And youre right...the food is good and i miss it, but i've banned it sooo far...wait til i press charges...hehehe...Just pay cashy!

There's a kickass place called "Ribs 'n Bones" by the White Spot on Douglas. Not fancy or anything, but they easily make the best ribs I've ever had in my life.

My Thai on cook just off fort... its tiny and cheap, but the food is excellent

as far as the phoa goes...Saigon Nights is WAAAAY better than both of those.

I forgot probably the best place in the city to eat... The Rosemeade at the Old English Inn fabulous, but be prepared to pay.
