You say no matter what you eat but are you getting exercise at the same time or are you trying to lose weight by diet alone. If you are trying to lose weight by diet alone then you might as well not bother. Unless you want to keep up the diet forever, your metabalism is just going to slow down enough so that when you start eating normaly again you will gain the weight back plus a bit extra.
Try small changes to your eating habits and working out harder. It's easier on your body and you will be better in the end.

for most people your looking at 6-8 weeks to even see much change.
i think a lot of people work out for a month get upset because they are not loosing a lot of weight and then stop trying. it really takes longer if you are doing it in a healthy way.
remember if you are weight training you might be getting in better shape but adding muscle weight. for myself i am usually the same weight all the time, it's just the muscle replaces fat when i am in good shape.
eventually it should come off. but after a few months, if you think you have tried really hard then maybe go to see your doctor. it could be something else like your thyroid being out of whack.

what kind of cardio?
for how long?
how intense?
and if you are only doing arms and legs hun your body shape won't change much.

try doing a program/intervals instead of staying at one level. you will burn more calories.

why not shoot for 30lbs and then maybe itll be easier! I lost about 15 lbs is 3 weeks, just by eating right and cutting down on stuff i dont need but really love...also i rollerbladed or walked everyother day or so, its not hard once you start a healthy pattern and stick to it.

it sounds like you're doing everything right... is it possible that your body is where it wants to be? not everyone can end up skinny-skinny.
but, regardless, good luck! and maybe talk to a nutrionist/personal trainer?

The last 10 is usually the hardest for most people I think.
try doing a program/intervals instead of staying at one level. you will burn more calories.
This really worked for me...now that I'm not trying to lose as much as I am trying to tone/build my ass back, I'm staying at high levels rather than switching back and forth.
Try something new or different, just stick to it and it'll happen.
Speedwalk at a high incline instead of running...this will also shape your legs and ass.
Try not to think about it so much...as soon as I stopped weighing myself and obsessing it started to happen for me.
Don't overdo it...it has to come off healthily and steadily for you to keep it off!
I don't believe the 25 lbs in 2 weeks thing.
