Try a cleanse.
If you are having problems, I would suggest going to a naturopath. Watch though, there are some out there who charge a heavy amount for testing.
Toxins can create an environment where it is difficult to lose weight. Experimenting with various cleanses from the health food store can be inaccurate and expensive. Naturopaths can pinpoint exactly what the cause is and find the supplement or cleanse to help your system.

oddest thing.
I was stuck at 135 for the longest time. I'm down almost 3 pounds when i stepped on the scale today.
I slacked off on my workout just a little bit (not by much i swear)
But i think it really *is* my eating habits... they weren't overly horrible to begin with but the guy i am dating now doesn't take any kind of sugar and hasn't eaten carbs for 5 years (he's VERY strict about it)
I've kinda picked up on his eating habits i suppose, i still take my carbs but in moderation, definately not as much as i used to.

well the guy your dating is stupid for not eating carbs. He may look good but he's not healthy thats for sure, but at least he can say he died lookin good. But its what they call a balaned diet healthy food doesn't have to be torturesome just smart, and change frequently work out routines ect... weight lifting with good cadio has been preached forever you just have to find a combination that works. and if you're gona be lazy take my first suggestion ephedrine and its not a stupid suggestion, i'm a stranger and look at the guy shes dating....no carbs in 5 years lol either way they'll both kill you.

I've fallen in love with weight training all over again.
I can't say enough about it...if you want to see real changes in the shape of your body, you cannot do it with cardio alone.

Yeah, diet is so important, you perform only as good as your last meal. A good balance between your Protiens, Carbs and Fats with a good work out program will get you the results you want. Starving your body from Protiens. Carbs or Fat only means your bodies going to go through that "whiplash" theory. You also have to remember that Muscle weighs more that Fat. So maybe you should see how you look rather that worry about a weight. A pound of fat looks a lot bigger that a pound of lean muscle.

If there were actually pills that worked for weight loss, by doing anything other than making you temporarily piss out all your water-weight, everyone on the planet would know about them and their creators would be taking their sh!ts on solid gold toilet seats.
Exercise and eat vegetables...that's all that's it!

^ I agree. When I was training in 2005 for a few 10K marathons, I hardly notice any difference. I would be running on average 7.5 km per day. Weight training is very important.
Ayla, maybe you should consider taking a core conditioning class or try kick boxing. I have been doing boxing and kick boxing for the last 9 months and I have been dropping on average 4 pounds per month and I feel great. I don't have a strict diet or take any diet pills/fat burners.

^^ so true.
When I was overweight, my only concern was getting "small" as fast as possible.
Looking back now, my muscles were flat and I was skinny fat-ish at size 3 with no ass left.
I feel much healthier and stronger now, and not only is my ass back, but training glutes and legs twice a week is doing wonders.
I take no fat burners, but I do take supplements and my diet is very strict.
My goal is to have sexy hamstrings and triceps to show off this summer.
Finding new music is CRUCIAL for me, keeps me motivated.
And coffee is my friend.
