I have 250,000 over 25 years @ 4.59% and it comes in at 1,450/month. Add to that property tax, insurance, and strata fees, and you'll come in just under 1,900/month. That said, posted rates are higher now than they were two years ago, so you might be in/around the 5.0% or 5.5% range, which would translate into an extra $150 or so per month.

I pay $1500 every two weeks but I am on a short amortization.

With 350,000 you'll be well over 2k then. Rates are forecasted to drop this Spring/Summer, so you might want to go variable and then lock in to a lower rate further down the road.

mine is $800 roughly. Fiance bought condo 3yrs ago for dirt cheap. We have $100k mort for a $220k condo.

hmmm mine says NYOB......but if you put down around 40k i would would think you would be in neighbourhood of 1600$/month....
