Two years ago I got caught three times riding the skytrain without a fare and I have to renew my liscense before it expires in April and I was wondering if I have to pay those fines off to get my liscense. I looked on the ICBC website under fines but it didnt mention Skytrain so I was wondering if anyone knew.

i always assumed you had to, simply because you have to go into the icbc place to pay them..

Isn't it a $170 fine for not paying to be on the train vs. the $2 or $3 for buying a ticket?
