I've never been inside an H&M so I don't get the hype... would be nice to see a mall store that isn't garbage though!

correct me if i'm wrong but isn't H&M just another RW or Zara?
yeah it's affordable and "looks" kind of nice, but after 2 washes breaks apart, loses shape, fades in colour, and looks like crap
no?

I bought a few pieces from the H&M in SF.. $12 something for sweaters (on sale of course). It's great for cheap trendy pieces & basics. Forever 21-ish.

@ Tony- Their quality varies, I've bought some things there that have lasted and still look good, other things are really crap quality. They are pretty good for basics though, although the quality and their style has declined in recent years, I'm sad to say. I used to buy lots of clothes at H&M but lately their stuff seems to be getting more bland and frumpy in style. You can still find some good stuff though, their selection is pretty varied (at least in Europe) and they have a few diff lines catering to various clientele, just make sure to read the garment tag to see what it's made of. A lot of their stuff is synthetic now...

I feel disrespected that edmonton and calgary are getting H&M before us, wackness.

H&M used to be a lot better years ago. Recnetly when I've gone there I've had a hard time finding something I want. Last time I was in the UK bought I a sweater and by the time I got it home (worn like 2-3 times) it had a hole in it.
