Get Modified.

There is a new Mod styled night still going on every Wednesday at Lucky Bar.

Featuring DJs Jay Somethin', Levi Hawk & Grady
hosting a night of everything from Old School Reggae, 60's Soul, Maximum R&B, Mod Anthems, Retro, New Wave, Modern Alt, Indie, Brit, Post Punk, and so much more.

Last night was the first night for us and was a huge success: great mix of a crowd, fresh music and awesome times!

Yeah, they actually choreograph all of their dances to match with the Mod style.

Haha right on man, thanks. This really will be a war though won't it? Two bars competing for the same crowd on the same night with the same music, etc. Should be interestingly fun haha.

i don't understand why we're splitting that crowd up. mod club at lucky seems to be getting slower in the past months

not that i'm there every week. but i remember when i used to have to stand in line for mod club, that hasn't happened for a while, and it's not because i'm giving the doormen blowjobs

Wow... the only thing I can say to that is you just lost all my respect Extra_Prolific, and Gia, what little if any respect I had for you is also gone. Not cool, not cool at all.


On a brighter note though - MODIFIED's Grand Opening was an awesome night. A huge thanks to everyone who came out to support us and have good time out, hope to see you again next week!

PS. The reason the Mod nights did get split up is because we wanted to make the night better and fill the bar. Which we've done at Lucky the last two Wednesdays so it's definitely working. If you'd like to be the judge, come down to Lucky on a Wednesday and check out the changes for yourself.
