i precook chicken breast for teh week , and they are fine come friday and i haven't got sick from it

^ Foodsafe says thats a BAD idea... that course has made me paranoid! Max 2 days raw and another 2 days after its been cooked is the rule I go by.
As for the original topic, sounds yummy I'm gonna try it.

I will only let cooked meat or fish be in the fridge 3 days max.
Raw gets 2 days.

does the oat bran actually stick to the chicken? is it fine oatbran?
in my mind i see large peices similar to what you make porraige with.

Sorry should have mentioned to buy finely ground oat bran or to chop it up in a coffee grinder.
Mine sticks fine w/o egg whites!
