There a few people I can say I can count on. I have been blown away by the generosity of many people that exsist. I think the key to knowing if someone is that awesome is when they suprise you out of nowhere and help you, when you never asked.

the only person who will understand you, though, is yourself.... and being a generous person is really setting yourslef up.. since kindess is viewed by many as weakness, therefore you become a target...but the truth is, it only makes you stronger or more aware.

you just realized this now?
listen to meggs.. she is on the ball with that one ' the only one who will understand you is yourself'. she is a great example, no one understands her except herself and her psychiatrist

generosity is a feeling that makes my day positive,,,.Whether observing it, receiving it, or giving of myself....

What truly sends people to a psychiatrist is when tthey cannot decipher between things they can and cannot control in their lives. I personally have never needed one. I do not view counceling as a bad thing, either. I only view taking or been given drugs to solve your problems, in a negative light.
But then again, I was raised by a psych nurse/College teacher.

The older you get, the more you are able to truelly recognize genuine traits in people. Rather than the show put on by those who really haven't found themselves, and believe it to be a true representation of their intent.
A forgiving nature is admirable. PAtience and sharing are both needed for a lasting bond..

you expereinced death, no offense to be so personal - but you will notice those who haven't won't understand anything you speak of.
and sometimes those who have expereinced it, won't'understand others who have healed from it and visa versa.
a.k.a. only you will understand yourself.

I personally have healed from other's deaths, however would not know how I would deal with it if it happened today.
