Does anyone have the diet plan that comes with the wild rose cleanse? I seem to have misplaced mine since the last time I did it and was hoping to start it up again!
was hoping someone might be able to scan a copy or fax it to me smile

Most Recommended

Column 1: eat less than 20% of your diet from this column

Protein Foods, Acid forming foods

Fish (Cod, Red Snapper, Sole, Halibut, Sea Bass, Salmon etc...)
Eat all you want even if over 20% of total diet

Prunes (cooked)
Rhubarb (cooked)
Rice (white) (brown rice is 80%)
Rice beverage (only in moderation and without sweeteners)
