Right now, I'm listening to Korn's rendition of Another Brick in the Wall and my nipples are fully erect. Something about guitars riffs through 500 watts of power! I love music that penetrates into my mind and soul... heart

'Santeria' by Sublime. I absolutely adore that song but I can't put into words why. It isn't a song that makes me want to dance, doesn't bring up old memories, but it never fails to put a smile on my face.

'Dirty Diana' by Michael Jackson. Jennifer Batten shreds the guitar in the music video and never fails to send a chill up my spine! MJ at his finest.

'Girls just wanna have fun' by Cyndi Lauper. Every time I hear this I want to hammer rusty nails into both my ear drums to drown out the 'noise'. I hate that damn song blank stare

How about losing the multi-posting and blowing your whole load in one post like I did.

Phil Collin's In the Air (Tonight) is one of my all time favorite tracks. I'm not one for remakes but Holly McNarland did an amazing job reconstructing that track... I can practically feel the hairs on the back of my neck stand up right now, cuz I feel like I can hear it.

Morcheeba and PJ Harvey had an affect on me for a few years as well as lucious Jackson.

when I was younger Ministry, Faith No More and Chilli Peppers were prime.

Now? it's eclectic and all over the map - I can listen to JT "sexy back" a few times in a row - even though it may bother others, it hits a note.

i'd like to take a shiit on phil collins

this gives me that chill:

especially when the song explodes at around the 3 minute mark.

Soundgarden- Searching with my good eye closed. -I always feel like there is a journey inside of that song, like he is climbing a mountain, and he reaches the top at the end.

Nirvana-Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge On Seattle - His voice is so hauntingly shattering, and the guitar riffs roll under my skin like an infectious disease trying to make it to the surface. Whenever I hear this song I always turn it up and stop whatever it is that I am doing, tune everything out and just sit back and let it sink into my brain.

Norah Jones-Come away with me - When I hear this song I always feel as if I have just found something that I had lost years and years ago that meant a lot to me. That sense of closure and relief after a long time of searching for something.
