OK, so I have started taking these Vitamins for the past week. B 100 complex, Vitamin C, Calcium and a Multi-Vitamin.

They are from Sisu and Jamieson. The Sisu ones were more expensive.

I feel way more energetic.

I am pretty damn happy with life, but I have been feeling incredibly happy these days - I am not sure if this is due to my circumstances or the feelings I get from these vitamins.

My pee has turned green (ew i know).

I admit, I dont have much knowledge about these things, and my buddy told me that these things can be bad for you due to chemicals, etc.

I want some solid information or some sites I can research to see whether it's good to take them.

Serious replies only. Thanks!

I go as natural as possible. Right now all I take is an extra-strength ginseng and royal jelly drink twice a day. It ends up leaving me pretty energetic and in pretty good spirits I'd say, but I've been feeling more or less this way already lately.

It sounds like there's likely a lot of chlorophyll in something you're taking.

ok now i cant resist posting this http://www.thepoorhouse.o...ot_and_urine_investigated and this http://www.poopreport.com...tual/Content/Dye/dye.html

ok serious mode.
as you can see from the posted links normal foods as well as chemicals can affect the colour of your piss. it might be nothing or it might be a serious imbalance. are you taking the recommended dosages? some vitamins can cause real damage if you take too many

Well I have a very healthy diet. I dont eat junk. Dont eat fast food or processed anything. I dont eat meat. I wish I could afford organic, but I try my best to have good food. My diet is mainly fruits and veggies... so the color part is out of the picture. hehe.

I take less than the recommended dosage. I dont need that much...but still the effects are incredible... after watching Reqrium for a Dream, I am very very scared of taking any pills :S

That picture was taken when I was sitting by the beach in Thailand with a Thai dude, watching soccer on a small black/white TV. The best times of my life... I knew what I wanted from life in that moment - just being there and taking it all in.

anyways,

That picture looks like she's happy, you dink.

vitamins make my pee neon.

Superhero pee!

I just take a multivitamin for women, and I notice a difference in how I feel...goes hand in hand with the food you put into your body, too.

There is such a thing as too much of something from what I've read as far as vitamins go, so I keep it simple.

I don't really know what else to take either.

Omega 3's are easy to get without vitamins.

I keep a bag of flax seeds in my fridge. A spoonful in a stirfry and I have my daily intake.

I take USANA:

-Proflavanol 90
-Poly C
-Antioxidant
-Multimineral Plus

But I don't feel any different when I take them, like people in this thread say they do. I've been thinking maybe I need to switch to more natural supplements. I'm a little wary of natural though, because the collection of vitamins and minerals may not be as well-rounded, in such tailored proportions. Any suggestions?

I think the Vitamin B is the one that makes you feel all giggly inside. Do you take it? You should! Gives you wings. hehe

I think you could be overdoing it.
I take Centrum Forte & Jamieson Omega 3 complete.
Add that to a well balanced diet w/ all the food groups
and that's all I need.

I forgot to mention I take like 1/4 to 1/2 the recommended dosage. Because I definitely don't want to take too much.

What mall vitamin place is better.. Nutrition House or GNC?
