Miss Kimia Supplementing with vitamins is great choice you made, since we don't get all these vitamins from food.
What makes your pee color dark? When your body doesn't absorb extra vitamins you give it and/or you are not drinking enough fluids (alcohol/starbucks don't count as body friendly fluids)
Instead of B100 tabs, you should go with B50 as its half the dosage and your body will slowly learn to adjust to itk.
Its like the first time you get drunk.. you get messed up, its the way your body communicates with you.
Our body excretes most vitamins that it doesn't use (water soluble ones), so its rare you will see anybody overdosing on vitamins, although some vitamins can be toxic in high doses - Fat soluble kind (Vitamins A, D, E and K), everything else will be flushed out of body.
Vitamins do make you feel good since B complex strengthens your immune system and rocks your metabolism. Its always good to use "natural" sources for vitamins, but that means eating your broccoli and all that green stuff, and you have to take a LOT to compete with what 1 pill can give you.
Its funny when people talk all this non sense about "natural vs synthetic" bull****, but dont practice what they preach. Natural stuff won't help you when you do drugs or smoke a cigarette.
I am a bodybuilder by hobby so I like to research what I put into by body. Also everybody is different, so what works for one may not necessarily work for another. Try and figure out whats best for you.
