Ease of use for a n00b?

I have expressvu HDPVR and will probably just keep it, but wouldn't mind having access to all the ppvs and sports with another seperate box.

What do I need to get this up and running?

i have the 2000 extreme. Honestly its not that bad just it pisses me because they lock it up every weekend and noone can throw a new script untill monday.
Its really simple to use, and you get free porn. ppv and free ufc you cant complain .. only if they didnt lock it as much... ftatalk.com

So I bought an FTA box, everything worked fine. It gets scrabled, I go and get the code etc...

But now for some reason it just straight up doesn't work. I think I ****ed up the settings. Can't get it back to work. I was simply unplugging the cables from the bell box, and putting them into the fta box whenever I wanted to watch a movie or ppv event.

Now, nothing.

I have expressvu, legit. But if I want to watch a ppv, porn, fights etc, I used to just unplug the cables going to the expressvu box, plug them into the viewsat fta box, and bingo, all the above noted entertainment was available.

Now nothing.

I got my moneys worth and dishnets still working
