I know a lot of folks are looking for the hottest and newest thing going on in clubland, but I'm old. And sometimes, I want to hang with grown folks.

A couple of months ago, I happened to go into Paragon at the top of Queen Anne, and was treated to the soulful and raucously vulgar musical stylings of Lady A. It was the best time I've had in quite sometime, and it was in a venue you wouldn't normally expect.

It's the first Saturday of every month, and I'll be heading there next month to revisit the good times I had originally. Show starts at 9:30, but get there early; all the good seats go quick!
