His rating is dropping faster than a lead filled wetsuit. 20 point popularity losses in the last 2 weeks. His loud mouthed ex pastor wont stop his trap from flopping open. Looks like its gonna be McCain vs Clinton after all.
My advice to the next black candidate from the US....avoid fiery sermon preachers. And for Gods sake, dont be black, be a human. He has transformed his campaign into one which is targetted to black voters. After his remarks on redneck middle America, he saw a 20 point drop overnite from rural voters.
If he wants so damn much equality, quit hassling the white voters. Just run your campaign without any racial crap.
And he was doing so well....

is it really his fault?
the media is making such a big deal about wright and making it sound like what wright has said to be such a big deal. hagee who endorsed mccain has said some crazy things about 9/11 and how america deserved it, yet, you don't see the media making a big deal out of it.
i'm a little disappointed that obama didn't come out and tell the truth in regards to what he really thinks about what wright has said.
obama still has a chance. he is leading and is getting super delegates at a higher pace than hillary.

He will weather this and still come out on top. Just watch.

i don't see obama making an issue out of race.

i think obama would do way better if he acted more black.
white people love it when a well spoken black person throws a little ebonics sass into the mix.
just look at oprah, and every will smith movie.

Obama talks a good line but he is a hollow populist at heart.
I will not be surprised if McCain wins in November.

Did anyone actually hear Jerimiah Wright's words? I don't really understand what's so wrong with them?
The guy did 6 years in the military, and he's making a simple statement: America killed people in panama, nicaragua, iran, iraq, japan, etc, the list goes on, so why is america so surprised when it's chicken's come home to roost?
God Damn America indeed.
To me this is a more logical argument than say, someone like Jerry Fallwell saying 9/11 happened because gays and lesbians made god angry.
Yet fallwel et al who support bush et al don't seem to get the same reaction out of the american people.
God Damn America indeed.

when obama was going on about how the proletariat were screwed up embittered racists, he was really playing to the prejudices of his own left-wing elitist base of support
it is these america hating lefties who are the truly bitter ppl, always harping on about 'god damn america' and how awful they are and the rest of it
that may play well to the peculiar self-loathing types who are looking for a savior to come along and offer them redemption for their sins in exchange for their vote, but it's no big mystery as to why that sort of bitter elitism doesn't play well to the majority of decent, honest, hard-working americans
you can sit and listen to some raving lunatic spewing his 'god damn america' routine every sunday for twenty some years if that's what turns you on, but then to turn around and say that you want to be president of that same america will only raise suspicion
obama can go on and on with his puffy marshmallow-like rhetoric about 'hope' and 'change' all he wants, but he can't run away from his past associations
obama is a weak, inexperienced, typical politician who is only seeking power for his own sake
and that's it

i'm still trying to figure out what was so bad about what this hand waving ex obama pastor has said.
are you a bad american for criticizing america's foreign policy?
is it bad to blame what happened on 9/11 on american foreign policy but it's okay to blame 9/11 on gays and lesbians?
how about we get some straight talk express here!

limp wrist?
uh yeah it is...if he's your pastor and you're hoping to become the next president.
this was enough to put obama on his heels and lose much of the momentum he had to date. that much is obvious now isn't it?
i'm not talking about the blind patriotism and the manufactured consent of the american people. i am asking if it is wrong to criticize your own foreign policy. it seems like anyone who does (except if you are blaming 9/11 on fags) is right away put under the microscope. why is it so wrong to question what your government does and to accept responsibility?
so tell me xtremely.. what did pastor limp wrist say that was so bad and outrageous?

i will make it easy for you xtremely. the following are quotes from wright. tell me what is so wrong about what he has said:
“We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye.”
“We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America’s chickens are coming home to roost.” (Sep 2001)
“The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America, that’s in the Bible for killing innocent people. God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.” (2003)
“In the 21st century, white America got a wake-up call after 9/11/01. White America and the western world came to realize that people of color had not gone away, faded into the woodwork or just ‘disappeared’ as the Great White West kept on its merry way of ignoring black concerns.” (magazine article)
“Racism is how this country was founded and how this country is still run!…We [in the U.S.] believe in white supremacy and black inferiority and believe it more than we believe in God.” (sermon)
“Barack knows what it means living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people. Hillary would never know that. Hillary ain’t never been called a ******. Hillary has never had a people defined as a non-person.”
“Hillary is married to Bill, and Bill has been good to us. No he ain’t! Bill did us, just like he did Monica Lewinsky. He was riding dirty.” (sermon)
“The Israelis have illegally occupied Palestinian territories for over 40 years now. Divestment has now hit the table again as a strategy to wake the business community and wake up Americans concerning the injustice and the racism under which the Palestinians have lived because of Zionism.”
