I'm going to GOA in Feb.... and I hear the beach is perfection there. *crosses fingers*
Other than that Paddle Wheel park is fantastic in Vernon.

I've been to more than 16 countries with beaches and these are my preferences in order:
1. Providencia, Colombia (google image: "San Andres" ) ** little secret of the Caribbean. Completely lost somewhere in the middle of the ocean. You see 8 different colors in the ocean within the first 20 meters! By far the most breath-taking thing I have ever seen.
2. Koh Phi Phi (Maya Bay), Raily and Koh Tao - Thailand.
** Pattaya is the center of child prostitution and sex trade in the entire Asia, if not the entire world. The beach is OK, but it is extremely touristy and the vibe is disgusting. Go to Koh Chang instead. It's about an hour away. Pattaya is not in Phucket and Phuket is definitely not the most beautiful in Thailand. It is very dirty.
4. Tayrona - Colombia
5. Many many beaches in Brazil.
3. Mui Nei and Na Trang - Vietnam
