What a shat movie.

I walked out after an hour and a bit of this sadistic piss stain of a movie.

dont waste your time or intellect on it.

The first half hour was interesting but afterwards you sit and watch a movie with a dwindling plot and scenes of forced rape and blind people crawling around in there own shiit.

and not that those scenes were even well done or worth watching (i left because of said scenes)

the main character is supposed to be someone we think of as powerful or "deep" but really shes a waste of a skin and more useless than the blind people shes trying to help.

i could go on, instead just heed my warning and stay away.

I actually enjoyed it. Now the book was better for different reasons, but I thought Fernando Meirelles did a great job of staying true to the actual theme. Plus, I'm a sucker for Juliette Lewis.
