I think when you give the user alot of options to access certain things it becomes more user friendly... much like it is in a videogame. Some may say emailing that person may the be the ideal thing to do at that time according to their mood but then their like maybe Ill just instant message them instead... here is a mental note to think about; on cell phones you will get a faster response via text messaging then if it is done by voicemail these days... thus instant messaging you may get a quicker response then email.

ohhhhhh! The private chat folder on Esta's mac now makes sense. I'm less than impressed with the sunshinesex doc., however.
