My company is for sale because I can make a decent profit from selling it. I have put a lot of work into it over the past few years. If it sells I will make a decent profit. If it doesn't sell...well it will be a continued source of income and good for a few tax write offs as well.

I never said that I made 300 k, I'm just saying the potential is there. I only did this on the side last year and I did about 50k in estimates. That doesn't mean that I got all the jobs either. I'm just saying if someone took this on full time there is potential to make good money.
