A little late, but what are everyone's predictions for the playoffs? I like Indy or Pittsburgh in the AFC and Carolina or NYG in the NFC. If I had to go out on a limb, I'd say Indy vs New York Giants for the big prize.
As for this week:
Arizona over Atlanta
Indy over San Diego
Miami over Baltimore
Minnesota over Philly

Yeah, so, I guess Indy was a bad pick...

Yeah, 5 turnovers doesn't help.
Comeback Player of the Year went away.

steelers will beat baltimore for the third time this season in the afc champ gm to meet carolina after they dispatch philly in the nfc.
recap:
baltimore over tennessee
pittsburgh over san diego
philly over nyg
carolina over arizona
you heard it here first.

I like Baltimore to beat Tennessee and Pitt to beat SD, but there's no way that crap Philly team is gonna beat NYG. The only reason Minny lost yesterday was Tarvaris Jackson. That 1 for 10 stretch in the 4th quarter was brutal. Eli is better than that. Carolina will dismantle Arizona tho.
At this point, I'll take Pitt to face NYG in the big dance. Being 2-2 so far, I'm sure I'll be making some revisions again! I'd be 3-1 if the Dolphins weren't my team. That pick was from the heart, not the head.

none taken...first though, have a look at the other 41 rings - you'll find that this one is probably right in the middle for crappy, gaudy, etc, looking rings... like i say it was a rough-out of the idea i had in my head. perhaps if i were better versed in a quality program i could pull it off better. i was going for the dice look with the six solitaires (for six SB's) i would've liked to've made the lombardi smaller and the diamonds bigger - maybe put the pittsburgh and steelers down either side

Stoopes blew the call. Tied 7-7, they should've taken the field goal. Bradford looked pretty ordinary last night. Doesn't scream "NFL QB".

ok, so 1 outta two isn't bad. first home loss for the Panthers. i'm not ready to jump on the arizona band-wagon just yet but, whoa - they looked pretty good and made delhomme look pretty pedestrian.
a good day of football, imo

Jesus, I can't believe Carolina rolled over for Arizona!! I missed the 2nd half, but the damage was done by then. After watching many a Cards blowout loss this year, I didn't think they'd stand a chance in the playoffs. They've proved me wrong twice already.
Baltimore's D was impressive again. They have a way of making opposing offenses look like garbage. Those two fumbles by Tennessee were brutal. At least 6 points left on the table. I can't believe how many players were hobbled by big hits. Those teams were battling hard. I'm not sure Pittsburgh or San Diego is up to the task of beating Baltimore. They're like the 2000 edition, but with a better QB.
